Common Irregular Verbs

Here is the frustrating truth about Spanish: the most common verbs are all irregular. Ir (to go), tener (to have), hacer (to do/make), poder (can), querer (to want) — none of them follow the nice -AR/-ER/-IR patterns you learned.
